The RWGM JV Story

RWGM is an unincorporated but integrated Joint Venture between RSE and WGM. It was established during SR15 to service the minor maintenance requirements of Scottish Water to support the Electrical & Mechanical Alliance contract.

RWGM has been working with Scottish Water since 2014, and the Joint Venture partners have over 25 years of experience within the water sector and nearly 60 years of engineering experience in Scotland between us.

Self-delivery is RWGM’s standard business model, and our combined skills and geographic coverage offer Scottish Water a best-in-class delivery partner. RWGM has achieved high levels of integrated working between the two partners and our alliance has been able to successfully deliver a challenging and growing programme of works for Scottish Water.
